Thing #1: Blog and Avatar

I created this blog last fall for 23 Things on a Stick, but I didn't get very far! This time I have registered and added the avatar -- already more progress than last time. I created the avatar previously but didn't understand how to export it. Now I do! Learned something new already. Feels good.
